Cards can spend an average of 1-5 business days in production, then an average of 1-5 business in transit.
Shipping costs are variable as follows:
Cards order total + Flat rate shipping
- $3 - $15 = $5 shipping fee
- $15.01 - $30.00 = $6
- $30.01 - $45.00 = $7
- $45.01 - $60.00 = $9
- $60.01 - $75.00 = $15
- $75.01 - $150.00 = $20
- $150.01 - $300 = $27

Return policy
If your item is damaged in shipping, you receive an incorrect item, or an item that has production / manufacturing issues, we will be happy to send a replacement free of charge. Please send photos, your order number and a description of the issue to: orders@volabean.com
If your item is lost in transit (over 21 business days from time of order), we will generate and send a replacement of the same item free of charge. Notify us at orders@volabean.com
